Magnificent Frigatebird

We went to North Seymour Island on the last full day of the trip to the Galapagos. It is the nesting grounds of the Magnificent Frigatebird (as well as another famous kind of bird that we will see in another post).

This is one of my son’s favorite birds. We had a mission to capture a photo of a Magnificent Frigatebird in flight. And, as you can see below, we succeeded.
